Welcome to Bella on a Budget, a fashion blog hosted by sisters Katie and Alanna. Katie has been living in Rome with her hubby Christopher (Alanna's brother) and Alanna just returned from visiting them. We were so inspired by the effortless chic of the Italian women (and men!), so we plan to share our fashion thoughts with the world. :-) Neither of us have huge budgets for fashion so we are going to try to put together bella outfits with our current wardrobes and future cheap finds. Katie, as the wife of a grad student, will write from a pretty much non-existent budget. Alanna, a sufficiently-paid business-woman (lower middle class), will write from the perspective of able to spend a little bit.
